Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the event! Your support will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding underrepresented minority students (grades 6-12) as they explore the world of dentistry.

🕘 Time: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
📍Location: UMKC School of Dentistry, 650 E. 25th St, Kansas City, MO
🕘 Volunteer Shift: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM

At this time, volunteering is limited to dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, student dentists, and student hygienists. As a volunteer, you will be responsible for helping with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with event setup, including stations for hands-on activities and registration

  • Checking in participants and distributing event t-shirts and supplies

  • Guiding and encouraging students as they participate in hands-on dental activities

  • Interacting with participants, providing support, and fostering enthusiasm for the dental profession

  • Supporting event cleanup and closing activities

We ask all volunteers to wear scrubs to the event. An event t-shirt will be provided to you, and a light breakfast and lunch will be available.

Your commitment and energy are key to making this event a success. You will be helping create an inspiring and educational experience for the next generation of dental professionals!
