Black Dental Students & Pre Dents (BDSPDS) is excited to announce our 2023 INBDE Bootcamp Scholarship opportunity to assist one (1) current Black dental student in preparing for the Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE).
OUR VISION: To create accessibility to academic, professional, and financial opportunities for all black dental students and pre-dents. To increase the enrollment and retention rates of black students in dental school. To aid in improving the overall percentage of practicing Black Dentists in the nation.
OUR MISSION: To connect current black dental students and black pre-dental students as they navigate through their dental journeys. To provide support and access to resources that will offer academic and professional development to black students. To produce a safe space for black students to discuss their trials and triumphs openly.
OUR MOTTO: Expose. Engage. Encourage.
Criteria:
Be enrolled in a U.S. accredited dental school.
Identify as African American/Black.
Deemed eligible (by your dental institution) to take the INBDE in 2023.
Must schedule and take the INBDE in 2023.
Must be subscribed to BDSPDS’ Website.
Submit the completed application.
The application will open at 12:00 a.m. EST on April 1, 2023 and will close at 11:59 p.m. EST on April 22, 2023.
